All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. 

🚚 Delivery Time
After processing, shipments typically arrive within 7–16 business days, depending on the destination.

🔍 Tracking Information
A tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped.
Note: It may take up to 6 business days for the tracking number to be activated and show up in the tracking system.

If you receive the wrong item, such as an incorrect color, size, or product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of what you received.

In such cases, we will reship the correct item free of charge — there is no need to return the incorrect item.
